Located between Syracuse and Utica NY, is owned by Mark Justh. Mark grew up on his great grandfather's farm in Central Pennsylvania and the passion never left. Mark purchased a defunct dairy farm in NY with goals of diversifying and returning the farm to a sustainable agricultural business.

Since purchasing, Mark along with his farm manager Jonathon Ling have been acquiring and expanding their beef cattle herd from top notch local breeders and producers in NY. The Angus, Angus/cross breeds are raised on the farm's pasture, and are supplemented with corn sileage and hay raised right on the farm.
