Librock Farm

Gasport New York

For Walt and Judy Librock farming is a family affair. Originally a dairy operation built on rotational grazing; they diversified into beef 5 years ago, inspired by their grandson’s successful 4-H project. Their small farm now produces 60 head of primarily Angus and Angus-cross per year, on roughly 200 acres, in the beautiful Niagara Falls region of New York. They source their premium cattle from neighboring all-natural farms. There’s no guess work to the quality of the beef they produce – their animals feed on pasture and local grains ground right there on the farm.
