Curtin Dairy is a diversified farming operation located in central New York State in the town of Cassville.  Owned by the Curtin brothers (Bob and Jack), Curtin Dairy was founded in 1964 and has been operating at it's current location since 1999.  
 
This farm runs both dairy herd and beef herds.  For the beef operation, the Curtains buy young, natural beef steers from farmers in the surrounding area and finish them on a high forage diet that produces the excellent marbling and tenderness required for Northeast Family Farms natural beef. With more than 2100  acres under production, the farm grows the mix of natural grains and forages that are fed to the cattle.  Milk and meat from this northeast operation is marketed in New York City and all across the eastern United States.
